2025 Annual Job Vacancy Analysis (JVA):

Findings from the 2025 Annual JVA show that the education sector accounted for over 30% of vacancies, and the South-West accounted for 68.46% of all geo-coded vacancies.

Q1 2026 Quarterly Job Vacancy Analysis Report:

The latest quarterly report reveals that the Administrative/Supports sector accounts for 56.17%, which is more than all other sectors combined, and that while entry-level roles remain scarce, mid-career demand (1–6 years) accounts for the majority of the market.

The latest NISER Research Seminar Series (NRSS) featured homegrown macroeconomic models projecting GDP growth to reach 5.02% by 2028, driven by exchange rate stability and productive sector expansion.

Diaspora Study Validation Workshop

In collaboration with the Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), NISER hosted a workshop to share findings from a multi-continent study on how Nigerian professionals abroad contribute to national health, education, and rent through remittances.

NISER Hosts RMAFC Staff on Capacity Building Retreat

From June 7th to 12th, NISER hosted staff of the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) for five days of intensive learning, structured dialogue, and strategic reflection.
