The Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) has released the 2025 Annual Job Vacancy Analysis (JVA), providing evidence-based insights into trends in Nigeria’s formal labour market. Based on an analysis of 4,297 job vacancies published across four major national newspapers, the report examines employment opportunities across sectors, locations, qualifications, and experience levels.
