Olubiyi Peter Tomoloju

Mr Olubiyi Peter Tomoloju is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist who specialised in social policy research with biases in leadership, organizational and individual behaviour and psychological issues for the betterment of corporate organizations and the society at large.  He obtained first degree in Pure and Applied Psychology from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State in 2010, Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Ibadan in 2014 apart from obtaining National Diploma in Computer Science from The Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti in 2017. He is currently a Ph.D. student of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Ibadan. He has worked as a Teaching Assistant in the department of Psychology University of Ibadan, Facilitator in University of Ibadan, Distance Learning Centre and Adjunct Lecturer in SS Peter and Paul Major Seminary, Bodija where he is being involved in teaching of undergraduate courses and supervision of undergraduates’ projects. He is currently a Junior Research Fellow in Social Policy Department (SPD), Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research.
