Nathan Unah Williams is a Junior research officer in the department of Agriculture and Food Policy. He holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and has tangible experience in research, technology scaling, programme planning, implementation and monitoring.  His research interest areas are climate change economics, agricultural markets and value chains, rural development and finance, cooperatives and social inclusion.

Mr. Williams has a good grasp of research methodology, is versatile and has working knowledge of relevant research computer software. He has worked on projects with local and international organizations (UNICEF, CIDA) and is widely traveled within Nigeria. He is also a member of The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals (SPCA).

He is actively learning to use R and is pursuing further studies towards his PhD.
