N-SEW is one of NISER’s knowledge products. The objective of N-SEW is to keep a watch on Nigeria’s social and economic indicators. This will enable NISER to track progress on the various indicators; and to provide needed advisory on achieving desirable development outcomes.
This brief is an overview of Nigeria’s economic landscape in Q2 2024. Inflation and Exchange rate have figures for Q3 2024. The changes that have occurred in several segments of the Nigerian economy especially with the unification of exchange rates and the removal of subsidies on premium motor spirit are highlighted.
