Dr Ugochukwu David Abasilim is a Public Administrationist who specialises in Public Personnel Administration, Organisational Leadership, Public Service Ethics and Governance. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria, in 2008. In 2014, he graduated from the University of Uyo in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, with a Master of Science degree in Public Administration. In 2019, he graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Administration from Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria. He has worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He received a lecturing appointment in the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria, where he taught and supervised undergraduate and master students. Furthermore, he received the Covenant University School of Postgraduate Studies Award of Best PhD Student in the College of Leadership Development Studies, 2019-2020 Academic Session. He is a recipient of the award of a Fellow, Ife Institute of Advanced Studies. He is presently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Political and Governance Department (PGPD).
