From May 20th to 24th, the Behaviour Change Knowledge Centre of NISER hosted officials from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) in a capacity building programme on ‘Organizational Behavior: Principles and Practice’.
Participants were trained on organizational behaviour, and psychology, process design, documentation, and systems thinking, and the relevance of these factors to the fulfilment of the JAMB mandate of integrity and transparency.
The capacity building programme was organized with funding from a MacArthur Foundation grant domiciled in NISER, towards providing research support for corruption control through behaviour change.
